Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery 

We offer free express tracked delivery worldwide. 

We usually send items within 1 day of receiving your order and you should receive the item within 1-2 days in the UK and 3-7 days if you are shipping elsewhere.

We aim to please, so if you have a specific urgent need, let us know and we will try our best to assist!

Courier Delivery

We offer courier delivery to our members to a work address or elsewhere and we can allow you time to try on the item while the courier waits.

Try Before You Buy

We also offer 'try before you buy' for our members.

This means you will go through checkout as normal but we won't take payment from your card when you order your items for 7 days - giving you enough time to make sure you are happy with your purchase without any payment being taken.

Duties and Taxes

You may need to pay local taxes or duties if you live outside the UK. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.

Standard Returns policy

We are very happy to provide a refund or exchange on all goods returned within 28 days of the date of dispatch.

How to return an item in the UK:

We offer free returns worldwide either by free post or by a credit to your account.

Simply send us an email letting us know which item you want to return using this Contact Form and we will send you a free post returns label and/or instructions.

We are so sure you will love your purchase, we will give you an additional £10 credit to use for your next purchase if you choose to have your money refunded.

Processing your refund

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the returned item and will then process your refund.

We therefore recommend you keep your proof of return postage and send your return via tracked post.


If you wish to exchange the item, please include in your email to details of what you would like instead and we will send you that item if it is in stock, otherwise we will process a refund.
